Bikini Bootcamp Week 1

This was my first week of For The Glow's Bikini Bootcamp! It's a six week online program that includes a meal plans and workouts. I'm a lifetime Glow Girl and participated in the Resolution challenge at the beginning of the year.

Completed the fit test and weighed myself for the first time in weeks on Saturday. When I weighed myself Saturday I was kinda shocked! My weight has been up and down the last 2 months and realize it's mainly from eating. Eating is truly the one thing that keeps me from losing pounds but if you make it to the end of this post you'll see what good eating does to me ;)

I spent the weekend leading up to monday shopping. All the frozen fruit is from Whole foods and everything else is a mix of Safeway, Metropolitan Market and weirdly, Target. Target had the best price on Chia Seeds and if you're lucky like me, you can find Almonds on clearance! 
Freezer and Fridge

Sunday Night, I spent the night prepping and organizing. I froze Kale and bananas for my green smoothies. I then prepped meals for the first two days.
Top -- Baked Tofu with Brown Rice/Veggies and EBTD Salad
Bottom -- Mediterranean Salad and Green Smoothie
My eating was on point! I fell in love with Dates and that Mediterranean Salad. I packed my lunches/snacks for work and prepped what i was having for dinner the night before. 


I also got in FIVE WORKOUTS in this week! Now Jenn has workouts for us to do but I'm not one for working out at home so I just stuck to my normal workouts. Week 2, I'm planning on doing some of Jenn's amazing workouts. 

That's it for week 1 of Bikini Bootcamp! I'm excited to see what this week brings especially because i'm down 9lbs!
